Warren County Abstract earns ALTA compliance certification.
 
Indianola, Iowa (April 18, 2016) – Warren County Abstract is pleased to announce that it is now certified by a national, independent, third-party accounting firm (Carr, Riggs & Ingram) as compliant with the American Land Title Association’s (ALTA) Title Insurance and Settlement Company Best Practices, along with its affiliated offices of The Title Resource Network.

This certification demonstrates that TRN has undergone an attestation engagement in accordance with American Institute of Certified Public Accountants professional standards.
ALTA Best Practices are designed to protect customers, promote quality of service, provide ongoing employee training and meet legal and market requirements. This certification demonstrates that the company has the proper business practices in place to protect lenders, realtors, and their customers in real estate and mortgage settlements. We are best able to handle safely and securely any sensitive transactional information.
