The Indianola Young Professionals Group (IYP) provides networking, professional development, community outreach, and social events tailored to the 20-40 age group. Six Appeal Vocal Band

The Indianola Concert Association will be hosting an event on Sunday, May 3, 2015 beginning at 3:00 p.m. at the Indianola High School Auditorium. Six Appeal Vocal Band is comprised of six young men who will be performing a variety of music and entertainment for your listening ears! 

General Admission is by Season Tickets: Adults are $40, Students $15 and Family is $90

A limited number of individual tickets for this event are available at the door on a first come, first served basis at $20 for adults and $10 for students. Advanved and Season Tickets are available at McCoy True Value Hardware in Indianola

First Annual Mother/Son Dance

Warren County Fundraiser for Necessity Pantry

Get ready to dance your socks off on Friday, May 8, 2015 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m at the Warren County Administration Auditorium (southwest doors). This event is for mothers, grandmothers, guardians, and caretakers. All boys ages preschool to fifth grade are encouraged to bring their "dates" and enjoy a special night. There will be a DJ, refreshments, facepainting and a photo booth. Semi-formal dress is encouraged. 

Mark your calendars and plan to attend this fun-filled event with your son or grandson! The cost to attend is $20 per couple and $5 per additional son. Pay at the door with cash only. All proceeds will go to benefit the Warren County Necessity Pantry.

Join the Greater Des Moines Partnership on Tuesday May 5, 2015 from 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. for a conversation with economic development expert Bruce Katz of the Brookings Institution to discover how cities and metros are stepping up to solve the nation’s challenges.  The presentation will be held at the Windsor Heights Community Center, 6900 School Street, Windsor Heights, IA 50324.
