Join the Greater Des Moines Partnership in welcoming Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal during the lunch hour on Friday, October 30, 2015. The Governor will be at the State Historical Building of Iowa as part of the 2016 Iowa Caucus Candidate Forum Series. As part of the 2016 Iowa Caucus Consortium, the Greater Des Moines Partnership has partnered with the Greater Des Moines Convention and Visitors Bureau, Iowa Economic Development Authority, Iowa Department of Cultural Affairs, The Des Moines Register and Drake University, to host a series of candidate forums. Mark your calendars for a Benefit Concert and Auction to help Emily Roush with her upcoming kidney transplant. The event will be held at The Studio on Saturday, November 7, 2015 from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Enjoy live performances by Jeremy Donohue, Patresa Hartman, and Rob Burchett. Bid on items in a silent and live auction while eating and drinking with friends. 

There is a cover charge of $10 and all proceeds from the auction as well as the cover will be donated to HelpHOPELive's Midwest/West Kidney Transplant Fund to help Emily with uninsured transplant-related expenses. Plan to attend this event to change a life and make a difference.
