Robert D Ray Pillar of Character Award
And the Winner is .............
Congratulations Casey Blake who was recognized at a special ceremony on October 22, 2015 at the Indianola Middle School. Casey was awarded the Robert D. Ray Pillar of Character for his outstanding accomplishments and contributions to our community. Casey spoke to a middle school audience and community leaders about the importance of doing the right thing and making the right choice. As you know, Casey sets a great example for the youth in our community and has been very generous in his support of Indianola.
If that wasn’t enough, to further demonstrate the pillars of character, the Indianola Middle School faculty, staff, and students did a remarkable job of showing their respect and gratitude for the Blake family. It was an amazing sight to see 300 + students move from happy, excited, and full of conversation to complete silence. Congratulations! You made our community proud!
