Featured Speaker: Stephanie Heishman, Partnerships and Development Consultant for Working Nation.

Please attend as Ms. Heishman takes you on a thought provoking journey into the new world of work and how it may impact the employability of many Central Iowans unless we start preparing today. We will also unveil the Greater Des Moines 2016 Laborshed Analysis – A Study of Workforce Characteristics, which Ms. Heishman will use to set the stage for our region’s impending challenges and opportunities relating to our future talent pipeline.
