Chamber Gate Night at the National Balloon Classic

Volunteer to Take Admission Tickets August 1, 2017


The National Balloon Classic is the biggest event in Indianola, bringing thousands of people from around the world to this community.  This event has a HUGE community impact, which would not be possible without an amazing army of volunteers.

WE NEED YOU!

We are looking for 8 people to take admission tickets August 1, 2017.  Volunteers would need to arrive by 4:15 p.m. and plan to stay until 9 p.m.  

Put on a shirt with your business name or logo and a friendly smile and spend a couple of hours promoting your business, all while enjoying a lovely evening at the balloon fields!

NEW MARKETING OPPORTUNITY AVAILABLE TO MEMBERS

Looking for a way to expose, connect, and expand your business?   

The Indianola Chamber has contracted with LAMAR to lease a billboard located in Indianola north on Highway 65/69 at the Hillcrest Avenue intersection.  This billboard is ranked number one for the number of impressions averaging 52,000 per week.  This is an excellent addition to the Think Indianola First campaign strategy to expose and connect residents and guests to Indianola businesses, while telling the story of Indianola.

Details of the billboard advertising opportunity follow:
  • The cost if only one business is on the billboard is $1,300 for one month.
  • The cost if two businesses share the billboard is $650.00 per business for one month.
  • Participants must agree to work with the Chamber to ensure their marketing messages align with the Indianola story.
  • LAMAR designs the billboard advertising each month, in cooperation with each business and the Chamber.
