Morning Mingle at the Balloon Fields

Morning Mingle

Sponsorship Building
National Balloon Classic Field
(Sponsored by Warren County Economic Development)
6:30 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.

JUST ADDED! It’s a Dawn of a New Day and the first ever for the National Balloon Classic! July 27, July 30, and August 2 (weather permitting) rise and shine extra early and be at the balloon field before Dawn Patrol launches at 5:15 a.m. Several balloons will launch in the dark. When they fly, these graceful beauties look like giant colorful lanterns floating through the air. This has never been seen in the Midwest and we're very excited about bringing it to the National Balloon Classic this year. After Dawn Patrol, stick around for our regularly scheduled morning competition flight. TWO incredible shows. Come see why we say that mornings at the balloon field are our best kept secret. Oh, did we mention admission to the field is FREE for morning flights?

Message From Executive Director

Greetings!

Nine days into the new job and going strong!

It's always interesting to start something new. Just learning to use the phone system and copier alone can be a challenge.

I appreciate the emails, phone calls, flowers and words of support from many of you.  It proves that being part of a network of leaders is invaluable. In good times and in bad, your network can provide incredible strength, guidance and support.  I believe these very virtues are why being a member of the Chamber matters.

As you know, the Loving Care Pet Cemetery experienced great loss last week.  I know that many of you reached out to Jim as did the Chamber.  The sense of community, of family is what makes an organization matter, strong, and successful.

Thank you for being a Chamber member.  It's your leadership, your support, and your business that makes the Indianola community thrive.

Best Regards,

Brenda Easter
