ELM Concierge is a boutique, family-owned firm that proudly calls Los Angeles its home. The famous, relaxed style and eclectic culture of Southern California is second nature to us. And we understand on a first-hand basis the extensive knowledge, skill, focus and planning that’s required to create that style in a smooth, effortless fashion.

ELM stands for Event Logistics Management. That means we take all the headache and anxiety of scheduling, coordinating and producing onto our shoulders. Our experience and contacts allow us to be the perfect producer and planner of events large and small.

ELM will hire the appropriate service staff and caterers or work with your favorites; locate and acquire the right venue or event site; and coordinate and plan all the other necessary elements* for your special occasion from décor to dessert. We act as the liaison between you and the event staff, making sure your wishes are clearly communicated and executed. So all you have to do is show up, enjoy yourself and be the perfect host. Even if you hire us at the last minute to “fix” a problem or replace a planner gone AWOL, we’ll step in with our extensive personnel and resources to immediately create a stress-free process and beautifully-run event.

We enjoy working with individuals and businesses, as well as company representatives in corporate public relations or marketing to translate our clients’ wishes into extraordinary event experiences.
