About Us

High Flyers Gymnastics is a Los Alamos Gymnastics Club teaching girls and boys ages 3 and older. Gymnastics for All, pre-school, Mommy and Me, Level I- Level II- Level III, Pre-Team, cheerleaders, and more. Classes are held year round. Current class schedules can be found on our web site. Gym also available for rent. Birthday parties.

Defining Statement

Los Alamos High Flyers Gymnastics, is a non-profit organization that was founded by a group of coaches in 2009 to teach and promote gymnastics. We believe that gymnastics can build strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, agility and self confidence. Gymnastics is a sport open to everyone and does not discriminate in that boys and girls are equally capable, You can use gymnastics for fun, as a building block for other sports, and / or to go into gymnastics competition.

Mission Statement

We want to provide gymnastics training for kids from age 3 and older. We teach gymnastics with improved safety, quality training of coaches, and a curriculum based on progressive advancement.
