Classes on Monday and Wednesdays evenings: Little Ninjas: 5:30 P.M., Basic Children/Adults: 6:00 P.M., Intermed. Children/Adults: 6:45 P.M., Teens: Basic and Intermed.: 7:30 P.M.
Friday Mornings Private lessons 10:00 am - 1:00pm

About Us

We offer age appropriate classes: ages 4-6; ages 6-10; teen classes-ages 11-15; adult classes. We teach the style of Bruce Lee's-Jeet Kune Do. It is the premier forerunner of mixed martial arts. Our children's program focuses on character development,challenging our students to develop their minds,social behavior as well as ther bodies: self discipline, concentration and focus, self confidence; respect, to name but a few area's. Our adult program is more attuned to getting a great cardio kickboxing workout and at the same time learning self defense. For our Teens we help to develop there character at a crucial stage of there development as well as teaching them self defense & awareness. There is Something for everyone very affordable tuiton, special rates for families! We are located inside the Margate Community Center.
