New Article

In October 2017 with what was just a quick remodel of the lobby, quickly turned into painting all the trim, the walls, removing a wall, upgrading a few light fixtures, fixing leaks, toilets and draft issues; and finally ending with new flooring!  The Chamber building has seen a complete overhaul. You can see pictures on our Facebook Page.  This phase of the project couldn't have been done without help from my dad (Nik Baltz), Central State Construction, Terry Alvey and the tenants. 

We do not have photos of the final product, because we are planning an open house not only for the Chamber but also for our incubator business's...Illini Hearing, Anita English Massage, Dala Billingsly Massage, Gayle Rayhel and Marshall Autumn Fest. 
So be on the look out for information about our open house coming in April!
