The Women of Excellence welcome Guest Speakers: Sean J. Riordan - CEO, Titan Training & Recruiting Services, LLC and Marcus Claycomb, Titan's VP of Corporate Security Training on December 16th at Baer's Furniture from 8AM - 9:30AM. Two security experts from Titan Training and Recruiting Services, LLC will speak and perform a demonstration on self-awareness and self-defense during the holiday season. Titan utilizes decades of law enforcement experience and training combined with advanced academic backgrounds to aid in corporate security, training, and hiring efforts. Titan offers training in security, threat assessment planning as well as building security and travel security planning. Whiskey Row proudly presents its 1st Annual Toys For Tots Casino Night and its official Grand Opening Ribbon Cutting at 7:00pm. Come join the fun on Thursday, Dec. 11th from 7:00pm til 11:00pm to check out the finished Whiskey Row and help local children in need.
For every new unwrapped toy you bring in, you will receive poker chips to play the night away on Black Jack, Roulette, Craps and Texas Hold 'Em. You may also donate $10 for additional chips. Cash in your winning chips later to enter to win auction items. Drawing's at 11:30pm. All proceeds go to benefit 'Toys For Tots.' In addition, you'll enjoy food and cocktail samplings, music and good times.

The Greek American Association of Brevard (GAAB) is pleased to support its fourth annual toy drive on Sunday, Dec. 14th at the CasaBella Clubhouse. Come and enjoy brunch and mimosas on GAAB and drop-off your toys. Help GAAB collect toys for Devereux children on the Viera campus as well as an additional 600 foster kids in our community.

One Senior Place screens Bing Crosby classic in free afternoon event
Bing Crosby, Danny Kaye, Rosemary Clooney and Vera-Ellen star in the 1954 Michael Curtiz film, White Christmas, in which a successful song-and-dance duo become romantically involved with a sister act and team up to save the failing Vermont inn of their former commanding general. On Friday, December 19th from Noon until 3:00 PM, the community is invited to watch the classic holiday movie and enjoy free appetizers and desserts. With music by legendary composer and lyricist Irving Berlin, the movie includes such memorable songs as "Count Your Blessings," "Snow," and the iconic, "White Christmas." And few can forget the Bing and Danny pantomime of "Sisters," where the two performers enjoy a farcical song and dance complete with blue ostrich feather fans. A short holiday special with Frank Sinatra and Bing Crosby will also be shown as a bonus feature. One Senior Place is located at 8085 Spyglass Hill Road in Viera. Tis the Season to Give to the Supply Zone For Teachers
With the help of many community partners, the Supply Zone for Teachers will serve more than 650 teachers by the end of the first semester. On average teachers receive about $250 in supplies for their students and classrooms at each shopping trip. During this season of giving, please consider helping the organization provide this invaluable service for Brevard Public Schools teachers by donating school supplies for the Supply Zone.
