Summit Shah Elected Treasurer of The Children's Hunger Project
The Children’s Hunger Project has elected Summit Shah to the position of Treasurer of the charity.  A well-known entrepreneur and executive, Mr. Shah is Vice President of Southeast Petro, one of the largest fuel suppliers in the Southeast region.

Shah has been in the petroleum business since 1980 when his father, Mike Shah opened his first gas station. As a young boy, Summit would help his father fill customer’s tanks with fuel, wash their windshields, and ensure that they were treated with the utmost of care. After attending college at Tulane University to obtain a Bachelor’s Degree in Management, he dove right into the management of the day to day operations for Southeast Petro, the parent company that evolved from a single gas station, to a fuel distributorship that both operates and supplies over 400 gas stations throughout the Southeast.

“The Children’s Hunger Project is near to our hearts here at Southeast Petro,” Summit said.  “I am honored to be able to have an integral part in such a well-known organization that does so much for the children of Brevard County.”
