The Beautify Bailey Committee has been hard at work on a long-term strategic plan for projects in and around Bailey to enhance our town and bring out the best features.
The first step in these efforts is a major clean and brush up effort, so save May 18th on your calendar! Join us for this community-wide "Keep Bailey Beautiful" clean up event.
The plan is to come together as volunteers to clean up public spaces in Downtown Bailey, near McGraw Park, the corner of Hwy 285 and Hwy 43 and along Hwy 285. Picking up litter, cutting weeds and doing everything we can to spruce things up. There will be some crews working on painting as well.
Plus there will be the opportunity for residents to dispose of and/or recycle items responsibly, including hard-to-deal with items like tires, paint, electronics, household chemicals, scrap metal and more. We will set up specific drop off locations for different types of items.
DETAILS TO COME: Watch this space for more details. more info...
