Clean Up Rally - Annual State Park Clean Up

Annual State Park Volunteer Clean-up Rally; 10am-2pm…PESPA will feed you with delicious barbecue by Cliff Romig for your labor…call 836-1995  for your seat at the picnic table!!! 

This is heavy raking,shoveling, cleaning, polishing and that’s only the first hour..We need your help to get Plumas Eureka State Park up and running by Memorial Day weekend and bring your favorite gardening tool with gloves and heavy shoes…Meet at Museum 10am for duty assignments..PESPA is 501-C-3 supporting the interpretive and educational programs of Plumas County’ only State Park…Water and food supplied by Association’s Board of Directors..

A Women’s Camping Retreat
May 11-15

Indigo Star is an extended weekend gathering by women for women to celebrate and encourage each other and all the ways that we shine.

 

Set just 20 minutes from Sierra Hot Springs outside of Portola on a forest knoll wrapped by the Middle Fork of the Feather River and ringed by peaks. The waning full moon and star glow will be our roof while we camp and share a community fire for 4 nights.

$333 for adults $222 for youth - 11-17 year olds $111 for children - 3-10 year olds

Moms Just Wanna Have Fun

"Forest bathing" - It's all about immersing yourself in nature and just feeling better all around.
The Greenhorn Gang wants to invite you to our mother's day event, 'Moms Just Wanna Have Fun', so you can kick off your boots, enjoy the day and join in for delicious appetizers by the pond, or in the saloon.
If you like, come out with the family to fish, swim, play horseshoes and have some finger lickin' appetizers, bring your horse and take a ride, or take one of our horses off into the woods.
Non riders for appetizers by the pond: $15 per person
Bring your own horse for appetizers on the green: $35 per person
Take a Greenhorn horse and enjoy appetizers: $55 horse/$15 appetizers per person

Have fun at the ranch. Bring your own horse or ride ours, open to the whole family.
4:00 Appetizers by the pond or in the saloon, an option for non-riders, too.
Fishing and horseshoes, see the baby colts, and take a load off.
Line dancing starts at 5:00!
