Ballroom Dance Class with Julie Lewis

The first class (March 5 - 8 ) will be both beginning East Coast Swing and Country Two-Step, as they both use the same count and step sequence. The second class (April 5 - 7) will be Beginning Waltz.  The charge for the classes will be $30.00 per couple, and $20.00 for singles, for each of the complete three day classes.  Classes are held at MCRC.  To register for the classes, call MCRC at 836-0446.

Intro to Pine Needle Basket Making

CPR and AED Class

This class is being offered by the American Safety and Health Institute.  What you learn at this class will certify you in CPR and AED (automated external defibrillation) skills.  The cost is $25.00 which includes the manual.  Contact Kathleen Solomon for further information at 775-240-1126 or to register contact MCRC at 836-0446.

Earth Day Celebration and Branch Weaving

Celebrate Earth Day in this very special way, as we begin this workshop with a Meditation connecting ourselves deeply with the abundant well of Earth energy to inspire our creativity, lead by special Guest Michelle Turley.  

With our Energy of love for the Earth, we will then begin weaving together in community to create special gifts from nature, for the Earth, led by Michelle Haselton. 

Weaving on a branch of your choice, we will create a unique weaving, from our roots with gratitude and Love.  All ages welcome, no experience needed.

Retired police officer, Lee Drummel is considered an expert on American History in the 1800's.  Lee's topic for the presentation will be: Bank Robber, Black Bart.  Did you know that Black Bart robbed banks in Plumas County?
