SCC RegFest is an afternoon and evening full of food, prizes, music and educational planning – meant for the whole family. Future students of all ages can learn what degree programs SCC offers, meet with financial aid and A+ Program advisors to discuss eligibility and benefits, become familiar with the process for getting enrolled, gain insight from current and former students, and take all the steps necessary to get enrolled. A drawing will be held in which as many as three student participants will take home a $1,000 scholarship to SCC for use in the Fall 2013 semester. more info... |

| 07/21/13 | Kingdom Rock Vacation Bible School A summer kids’ event called Kingdom Rock will be hosted at Cornerstone United Methodist Church from Sunday, July 21 to Thursday, July 25. At Kingdom Rock, kids participate in memorable Bible-learning activities, sing catchy songs, play teamwork-building games, experience epic Bible adventures, and collect Bible Memory Buddies to remind them to stand strong. Plus, kids will learn to look for evidence of God all around them through something called God Sightings. Each day concludes with Fanfare Finale—a celebration that gets everyone involved in living what they’ve learned. Family members and friends are encouraged to join in daily for this special time at 9:00 PM.
