The World Famous Foam Run - A fun run with a foamy finish is coming to Goodyear Ballpark on August 23! It's not just a run, it's a futuristic audio-visual immersion of bubble-spastic fun. Participants will make their way through the different sectors of the course filled with lights, music and some special effects. Start a team by registering four or more people.

A one hour workshop that provides information that everyone should know about memory loss and what that means for all of us. Explore memory loss, dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. Learn about risk factors, research, treatments and steps to a proper diagnosis/assessment. This workshop is recommended for caregivers, friends and family members who are faced with the unique challenges of caring for an individual with Alzheimer’s Disease.
As a caregiver who devotes a significant amount of time and energy to the person with Alzheimer's disease, too often, you may not recognize your own needs, fail to do anything about them or do not know where to turn for help. If the stress of caregiving is left unchecked, it can take a toll on your health, relationships, and state of mind—eventually leading to burnout. Learn tips on how to regain balance in your life. Maintaining your own good health is important to the success as a caregiver. This workshop is recommended for caregivers, friends and family members who are faced with the unique challenges of caring for an individual with Alzheimer’s Disease.
