| 06/20/13 | Garden Mix Cocktail Class Celebrate the Summer Solstice with Garden Mix Cocktail Class with Rohini Moradi of Elevated Spirits. Rohini Moradi of Elevated Spirits will bring her love of plants and making cocktails in this hands-on class. Participants will create five original cocktails specifically curated from the herbs and flowers grown at The Gardens at Heather Farm. Rohini will lead a discussion of the health benefits of adding herbs to cocktails and provide a description of the flavor palates in each spirit we use throughout. We'll review as we revel in the healthy, revolutionary art of herbal mixology as participants mix up their own summer cocktails with herbs from the Gardens.
