Partnerships in Community Living (PCL) provides supportive services in eight (8) Oregon counties: Yamhill, Marion, Polk, Linn, Benton, Lane, Jackson, and Josephine. We currently employ just under 600 staff members and are honored to provide services for approximately 350 people through six different programs, as follows: Residential Services/24-hour supports, Residential Services/Supported Living, Residential Services/Transition & Children?s Services, Individualized Services, Job Launch, and Tapestry. We support people at home and at work, and provide opportunities that promote mental health and happiness.
Corvallis Memory Care, LLC (i.e. Willamette Springs Memory Care Community) is a community under development that will specialize in caring for resident's with Alzheimer's dissease and other related dementias. The facility will consist of 48 private, and 16 semi-private, apartments and several secured outdoor spaces. This state of the art community will implement the most current design features and technologies specifically tailored to accommodate residents with memory loss. Individual service plans for every resident, which assimilate their interests, abilities, routine and past history into their current living environment, will be the centerpiece of the program.
