The Dillon?s Restaurant concept began in 1998, when Co-Owner George Valverde approached Rich Dillon to partner together to bring reality to Valverde?s vision.
That vision has now produced 4 locations.The first Dillon?s Restaurant opened in 1999 and is located on Thunderbird Rd., Peoria. We decided to close the doors in 2019 to acquire our newest location, Dillon's at Western Trails Ranch in Morristown, AZ. This new location gives you all the cowboy feels, on 12 acres of property; with team roping events(during season, November-April), monthly rodeos(Novemeber-June), constant live entertainment and a ton of BIG events!
Dillon?s Arrowhead, located at 59th Ave. and the 101, opened in 2005 serving this gorgeous community of Glendale residents.
