Tony La Russa's Animal Rescue Foundation (ARF) saves dogs and cats who have run out of time at public shelters and brings people and animals together to enrich each others lives. ARF has rescued and found new homes for thousands of dogs and cats that would otherwise have died in public shelters, and has developed progressive programs for many populations including children, disadvantaged teens, the elderly, and others who can benefit from the healing touch of animals.
