It is the mission of the Scouting America, Mid-America Council to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout oath and law. Our vision is to provide unparalleled experiences for more youth; these experiences create value, enthusiasm, robust growth and retention of program participants. The Ohwahnasee District of the Mid-America Council includes Adair, Audubon, Carroll, Cass, Crawford, Shelby and Harrison Counties.
