The Red Cross of South-Central Georgia has offices in Valdosta and Thomasville. The American Red Cross of South Central Georgia serves the following counties: Atkinson, Bacon, Ben, Hill, Berrien, Bleckley, Brooks, Clinch, Coffee, Colquitt, Cook, Dodge, Echols, Irwin, Jeff Davis, Lanier, Laurens, Lowndes, Pierce, Pulaski, Telfair, Thomas, Tift, Ware, Wheeler, and Wilcox. When disaster strikes, the chapter staff and volunteers provide services to those who have been affected. Through various programs, it is our goal to educate the community and encourage them to Be Red Cross Ready. Your continued support of the Red Cross of South-Central Georgia is greatly appreciated.

WWALS Watershed Coalition advocates for conservation and stewardship of the Withlacoochee, Willacoochee, Alapaha, Little, and Upper Suwannee River watersheds in south Georgia and north Florida through awareness, environmental monitoring, and citizen activities.
LAMP is Lowndes County and the surrounding area?s local mission for the homeless. We are the only facility in the area that provide emergency shelter and supportive services to men, women, and families. Our mission is to provide the most vulnerable people in our community with a "Hand Up, Not a Hand Out".
The VLA fosters cultural exchange between the many nationalities of the Hispanic and Latino community and the broader South Georgia community.
The VLA provides information about, and access to, the many educational, health, cultural, and business resources available to area residents.
