The Los Alamos Chamber of Commerce is an association of businesses, organizations and individuals who are working together to create a vibrant business community.
The Los Alamos Commerce and Development Corporation is an economic development organization focused on a fluorishing economy for Los Alamos and the region. It works as a business support organization through its programs. Those include the Los Alamos Small Business Center, the Los Alamos Chamber of Commerce, Los Alamos MainStreet, the Los Alamos Research Park and the Los Alamos Meeting and Visitor Bureau.
An organization of consumers, service providers, business representatives, local government and youth working together to ensure that Los Alamos is a healthy place to live, work and visit. LACHC takes the lead in community health improvement through representative membership empowered to identify and address health issues in Los Alamos. LACHC performs ongoing research regarding comprehensive planning, coordination and development of health programs and services in Los Alamos. The LACHC publishes a Community Health Profile every two years. Meetings are held the first Thursday of the month, from 11:30 - 1:00 pm at the Betty Ehart Senior Center in Los Alamos.
