I'm Annalysa and I'm the new owner of Julie and Sammy's. I started working with the founders in 2021. I quickly fell in love with this little ice cream parlor and jumped at the chance to take over in 2023. I am determined to continue the legacy of quality and community involvement that was started in 1999. In addition to providing quality ice cream and snacks, we are committed to giving back and supporting our community. Through our community gatherings and fundraisers, we do more than just sell ice cream. This summer we hosted the Pack Your Backpack back to school event and, with our community partners, gave out 500 backpacks and hundreds of school supplies to local residents. In 2022, we hosted a fundraiser for a local family as their son fought cancer. We believe that to be a part of a community, we need to do more than just sell. As we continue to grow, you can expect Julie and Sammy's to be a force for good in Sierra Vista.

The origin of Uncle Sharkii dates back to February 2018, when a young girl named Melody received a shark plush toy from her uncle, who she had never met before, at a family gathering. Melody and her uncle formed a close bond over snacks and boba milk tea, creating a cherished memory for Fen Reyes, the founder and CEO of Uncle Sharkii PokeBar. The scene of family bonding through food left a lasting impression on Fen's mind. Combining this concept with her husband, Raymond Reyes?, Hawaiian upbringing, they formed the quick-serve style concept Uncle Sharkii which values Food, Family, and Simplicity.
