We have been working together for over 15 years! We first met at a commercial janitorial company where we were working in HR and Operations. Like other labor-intensive industries, we relied heavily on our workforce to keep our customers? buildings and warehouses clean. No labor meant lost revenue.
One day, we were on the phone (again) discussing our labor woes when we came up with an idea. What if we could give other struggling customers just like us reliable labor, every single day?
