Darrell’s Restaurant was opened in May of 1967. Darrell and Betty Hubler had owned other restaurants and bars in the area throughout the years. The Hubler’s wanted to serve the people of Corvallis good quality food at affordable prices, Darrell and Betty have passed on, but their commitment to Corvallis continues with their son Patrick. Darrell’s is the oldest family owned restaurant in Corvallis.
Darrell’s Restaurant is a traditional American style diner, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We only use fresh high quality products from local vendors when possible. Some of our specialties for breakfast are the buttermilk pancakes, homemade chicken fried steak, and the biscuits and gravy. We use many of our own recipes passed down from Darrell and Betty. There are also a wide variety of other breakfast items including delicious omelettes, waffles, French toast, and our breakfast skillets.
A supporter of the Corvallis community for over 30 years, Woodstock's offers made-to- order pizzas and salads for dine in, pick up, or delivery. We have a meeting room available for your group as well as over 35 brews on tap. Come have fun at our place!
