Fall Harvest Festival

Event Description
Join your neighbors for the first annual Fall Harvest Festival and safe Trick or Treat event, being held in the parking lot of the North Phoenix Chamber of Commerce and Bender Performing Arts Center. There will be lots of entertainment available, including a bounce house, a dunk tank, a photo booth, several food tucks/vendors, and other exciting family friendly activities.

We will be running two raffles, one for kids, one for adults. Raffle proceeds will benefit The Harvest Compassion Center and Southwest Veterans Foundation.

Booth Sponsorship Agreement
Booth Sponsorship Expectations
•    NPCC membership not required.
•    $25 for Members / $50 for Non-Members (Includes a NPCC Sponsor Tee Shirt)
•    Expanded Booth -  $50 for Members / $100 for Non-Members (Includes 2x NPCC Sponsor Tee Shirt) - For Example, John Davis of Farmers Insurance will be hosting a dunk tank therefore he will need two spaces therefore he would need to purchase the Expanded Booth.
•    This is not just a carnival; it is also a "Safe Alternative" to traditional Trick-or-Treating. As such you are expected to provide treats (candy, sweets) to every child who visits your booth regardless of whether or not they "win" the carnival game. Expect to have at MINIMUM 20 lbs of candy available. You cannot have too much, especially considering whatever you do not give away the night of the event can be given away on Halloween Night. We will issue all sponsors raffle tickets to give to those who "win" the carnival games. These tickets will be used for the OPEN BUCKET RAFFLE.
•    This is a "NO SELLING ZONE". Your focus is on the carnival experience.
•    You may have your business cards and informational packets available should an adult REQUEST them, however you are not to solicit business.
•    You are welcome to have a business based theme. I would STRONGLY encourage it. The more creative you are in how you tie your business and your booth together, the more memorable you are going to be.
•    You can handout your promotional goodies if common sense say it would be OK. Pens, pencils, notepads, cowbells, lanyards are all OK, however any promotional items is in ADDITION to the above mentioned candy requirement.
•    You are expected to run your booth. You may have employees or other individuals staff your booth. The North Phoenix Chamber of Commerce will NOT be staffing your booth for you. We will have volunteer staff available to cover a booth should you need to go the bathroom or step away for various reasons.
•    You are expected to setup and tear down your booth.
•    You are strongly encouraged to "dress up". Please use common sense in selecting your costume. Nudity, Sexually Distasteful (Do you look like you belong in a Gentlemen's Club aka Strip Club?), Graphic Violence (Freddy and Jason, please stay at home. Did you use more fake blood then the filming of Jaws?), and Drug Use Imagery will not be tolerated. Under no circumstances will a sponsorship be refunded if you are asked to leave the event.
