Our diverse panel of health care professionals will share perspectives on the changing role of medical education in our community and engage in a facilitated question and answer session with those in attendance. Our panel of health care professionals will:
- Debunk myths about residency programs portrayed on TV dramas
- Outline the looming physician shortage and efforts to fight the shortage in our own community
- Share how training physicians in the mid-valley improves your access to exceptional care and your business
- Provide a look into the future of medical care in our community
The panel of representatives from Samaritan Health Services includes: Julie Manning, vice president of Marketing and Development; Dr. Alissa Craft, director of Medical Education; and Dr. Mandi Hudson, a first-year psychiatry resident.
