2014 is an “intervening” year, the even-year between revaluation years. Most property owners will not receive a Notice of Valuation, but owners of real property may still protest. If you have questions or concerns, please join Betty Clark-Wine, the Teller County Assessor, for a discussion about the protest & appeal process, how properties were valued, and your rights as a property owner.
