The Recover Colorado Business Program is offering grants and loans to small businesses and non-profits in El Paso and Teller counties that suffered economic loss from the 2012 Waldo
Canyon Fire, September 2013 floods, 2013 Black Forest Fire and road closures that were the result of these disasters.
Grants of up to $50,000 ($75,000 for entities with multiple
locations impacted)
Loans of up to $100,000 (with favorable terms)
