Does Your Business Plan Make Sense?  Justin Schulz, Director, SBTC, will be leading this Business Bites Seminar on creating a plan that makes sense to you, partners, investors, and lenders. 

Justin Schulz is the Director of the Small Business Development. In partnership with EDC Business and Community Partners, Justin is responsible for guiding small business owners through the numerous challenges they face including strategic planning, marketing, financing, exporting, and regulatory/compliance.

A business plan is the written expression of your business idea and projections on markets which, if properly used, will help you manage the business and work effectively towards its success. The process of putting a business plan together, including the thought you put in before beginning to write, forces you to take an objective, critical, unemotional look at your business project in its entirety.

This session is free to attend. Bring your lunch if you want!
