Shauna K. Smith co-founded Four Foods Group in 2008 and serves as President of the company.
Four Foods Group operates new and emerging brands in the highly competitive food & beverage industry assisting these brands exceeding their potential with high growth expertise and capital. Smith has assisted in developing, acquiring and operating over 160 restaurants across a 10 state territory, over 5 different brands (Kneaders Bakery & Café, Little Caesars, R&R BBQ, MoBettah’s, and Swig n’ Sweets). She has created more than 5,500 jobs and continues to create nearly 125 new jobs per month with the addition of new restaurant units across the country. Four Foods Group (FFG) is positioned to add organic growth of an additional 15 restaurants in 2019. To date, Four Foods Group has developed $150M in restaurant real estate.
Four Foods Group was recognized as the 3rd Fastest Growing Restaurant Operator in the Nation by Restaurant Monitor in 2017. In 2019, Four Foods Group was recognized as an Inc. 5000 company for the 8th consecutive time and was listed as $85 on the Top 200 Franchised Businesses by Franchise Times. Shauna was also the recipient of a 30 Women to Watch award by Utah Business Magazine in 2018 and awarded a Sego Award in 2018 & 2019 as one of the top women leaders in leading revenue.
Shauna currently resides in Highland, Utah with her husband, Andrew and two sons, Christian (18) and Tobin (13). Her favorite jobs to date are wife and mother.
