Martin Realty, Inc. is owned and operated by William J. “Jess” Martin Jr. Following the death of Les Prouty, owner of Prouty Real Estate Services, Mr. Martin purchased the company in May 2007 and changed its name. Located at 1201 S. Alabama Ave., Martin Realty is open Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and by appointment on weekends. Martin Realty’s three full-time agents – Jess, Joe Smith and Ginnie Hood – have the experience to find a property suitable for their customers whether it be residential, commercial or land.
