Because You Can't Always See What's Behind You, Reversing Accidents are very common.
Each year in the USA alone, thousands of drivers are involved in reversing accidents resulting in “millions” of dollars in damages. HOW DOES THE VEHICLE REVERSING SYSTEMS (VRS) WORK WHILE YOU ARE BACKING UP YOUR VEHICLE?
The VRS #3 and VRS #6 verbally ( a voice ) alerts you in distances of feet and inches about just how far you are from a person and or obstacles in the reversing vehicle pathway. You are immediately alerted by a voice if obstacles are within the system's detection zone by calling out ‘8 feet,’ ‘5 feet,’ etc. to warn you that something or someone is behind your vehicle as you are backing. The VRS3 and VRS6 even alerts you when obstacles are in blind zone areas. The VRS3 and VRS6 will more than pay for itself by avoiding "just one" accident.
VRS3 AND VRS6 FEATURES:
The exclusive patented Voice Distance Indicator (VDI) technology literally "tells" the driver the vehicles distance to the obstacle in feet and inches as the driver backs up. In addition to the voice technology, there is a 6 zone variable tone pulse that increases in intensity as the vehicle distance to the obstacle location decreases.
The VRS3 and VRS6 utilizes Echo-location sonar which is the same technology used by the U.S. Navy, Marine Corp, and Army. The VRS3 and VRS6 is accurate to within +/- 2 inches. The sensors operate in all kinds of weather conditions and have water and rust proof acoustic sensors. A quick and easy installation with no wire cutting. VRS CLIENT BASE CONTINUES TO GROW:
VRS currently supplies reversing systems on a national account basis for Safelite Auto Glass. At the state-local level VRS has installed reversing systems for the Glendale Fire Department, City of Scottsdale, Town of Paradise Valley and the City of Peoria police departments. More recently, VRS started supplying and installing for the Offices of the United States Homeland Security and numerous out of state and county municipalities. Additionally,VRS has gained visibility with emergency response vehicle companies and is now supplying our products to 4 ambulance manufacturers.
