Mature Worker State Certified (12/31/09)
Only 46 State of Arizona Employers Have This Special Certification
Sun City, AZ. - The Governor's Advisory Council on Aging and the Arizona Department of Commerce announce the certification of 46 Arizona employers who have achieved the Arizona Mature Worker Friendly Employer Certification in 2008.
Adultcare Assistance Homecare, LLC. is one of 46 employers who recently completed the certification. " When I stop and think of all the employers statewide and for Adultcare Assistance Homecare to be one of only 46 to be a certified Arizona Mature Friendly Employer, it's awesome!" said owner Karen Wellert. "We have always set the bar high and have been an example to our peers and by recieving this ceritifcation we continue to do so."
Arizona Mature Worker Friendly Employer Certification provides special recognition to employers who commit to creating a workplace environment that values experience and skills that mature workers exhibit, and also assists employers in attracting and retaining those mature workers.
