About Us
Arizona Rentals & Concierge Services is a full service residential property management company located in Surprise Arizona. We specialize in the management of single family homes and condos in the North and West Valley of metropolitan Phoenix. We have a large inventory of unfurnished homes for long term leases and fully furnished homes for short term seasonal leases.
We help owners by marketing their home (on the MLS, with yard signs, various web sites, newspapers, magazines, and a large network of realtors in the West Valley) qualify tenants, writing the lease agreements, collect the rents, property inspections and performing necessary maintenance. We provide owners with monthly and annual owner distribution statements (which document rents collected and expenses on their property), annual W2 tax forms and direct deposits of funds.
ARCS Helps tenants by providing clean single family homes and condos in great communities at reasonable lease amounts. We have a professional staff to assist them with any of their needs concerning the home they are leasing.
