Hometown Christmas Journey up to the foothills on Saturday, November 28, and start your Christmas Season off with a stroll along the boardwalks under twinkling lantern light in Gold Trader Flat, a replica town of the 1800’s located next to the Yuba Feather Museum, at 19096 New York Flat Road in Forbestown. The tempting aroma of sweet candied apples and spicy fat sausages cooked over an open grill will whet your appetite. Hot chocolate and cups of hot spiced cider will warm you as you listen to the music of carolers, fiddles and banjos and visit at the old stable where Mary and Joseph watch over the Babe in the manager.
