About Us
Table Mountain Physical Therapy provides a a warm, relaxing and welcoming atmosphere in which to rehabilitate and educate our patients on their physical well being and help them achieve their goals. We work one-on-one with each patient, giving them the attention and knowledge to best facilitate recovery. Our first and only priority is the care of the patient.
Owner and physical therapist, James Plummer, is Board Certified by the California Physical Therapy Board, has been a member of the American Physical Therapy Association since 2004 and has over a decade of experience. James worked in physical therapy outpatient clinics, rehabilitation hospitals and acute care.
After many years in the field, James decided he wanted to provide one-on-one therapy in a relaxed, comfortable environment, instead of the normal busy medical atmosphere. He realized his goal when he opened in December of 2008.
