Ideal Insurance Agency is a local family-owned and operated independent insurance agency and has been in business since 1982. We started from scratch and now serve thousands of insurance clients. At Ideal Insurance Agency, we write insurance through several insurance companies. We like to say, "We are large enough to serve you yet small enough to care". Both owners, Dave and Dan Mitchell, not only hold all insurance licenses but have also passed five other rigorous examinations to earn their certified insurance counselor (CIC) designations. They have each held this designation for over twenty years, placing them in the top 1% of insurance producers. In addition, Dave has worked on helping to develop insurance licensure exams since 1998. He also is an adjunct professor in insurance at Glendale Community College.
In addition, he has worked as a consultant/expert witness on over 40 Arizona Court Cases. David Mitchell has a deep understanding of business insurance, as he has two graduate degrees in business and two Human Resource designations.
