About Us

Eastern Plumas Health Care is the primary home health agency in our region. We were first in the Northern Sierras to utilize home based telemedicine, enabling patients to receive hospital quality care in the comfort of their own home. Thanks to advances in equipment and technology, a number of procedures and therapies that previously required hospitalization can now be provided on a residential basis.

We currently serve Lassen county as well as Plumas county, and have recently opened a Greenville office in Indian Valley that will provide care to the Chester, Lake Almanor and Westwood areas. We also care for Susanville patients and offer services in the Quincy area.
