About Us

Pamela Zamacona has been a Senior Loan Officer for over 25 years. She specializes in helping her clients finance the Purchase and Refinance of one to four unit properties. We offer many Loan Programs such as; FHA, VA, USDA & Conventional financing and have very competetive Interest Rates and Loan Fees. Our clients are First Time buyers and Experienced Home Owners and we help them with the financing of their Primary and Investment Real Estate.

We are a Direct Lender with local Loan Processing, Underwriting and Closing staff. We are licensed in both Arizona and California.
