DL Trotter & Associates is a Northern Sierra based Company involved in Construction Facilitation and building project development.
The Company goal and purpose is to aid property owners and their builders in procuring the required building permits and necessary processes to implement their building projects.
This business supports the building construction industry through design, drafting, energy compliance, code compliance, load calculations and consultation for new homes, additions and remodels, including Fire Safe Driveways and Residential Sprinklers Systems to meet new Codes. Both Architectural and Engineering services are available through our Associates on projects requiring certification.
Experience, integrity, resourcefulness and a desire to help the client has resulted in a broad based clientele that spans four decades, developed primarily by word-of-mouth reference. References are readily available.
