There are no machines to help us with this process, just tender loving hands working diligently on each piece. Small batches enable us to ensure that each piece has been made with the greatest of quality. We pass the experience of this to you as you enjoy each mouth watering delight.

Quincy's one and only specialty candy & gift store began as a creative treat for the wedding guests of Amy and Frank Carey, owners of Carey Candy Co. Amy made chocolatey hot pink and blue roses and the experiments continued. Unique delectable's concoctions now include the Plumas Knot, the Yummer, the Jedder, Sierra Bear Claw, & the Huddle.
