Special FRIDAY HARBOR FILM FESTIVAL Announcement:

Lynn Danaher & Karen Palmer

The 2017 Friday Harbor Film Festival programs have arrived!  At 56 pages is it by far our most comprehensive program to date, which is a perfect way to celebrate our 5th Year of the Film Festival!!  We owe a very special thanks to the tireless efforts of our program coordinator: Ellen Roberts.  Also a special thanks to all our advertisers that made this program possible.  Our 2017 program will be distributed throughout the Puget Sound ferry system and selected locations in Seattle, Bellingham and Port Townsend for the next 2 months.

Our 2017 programs can be found at the Friday Harbor Film Festival office on the corner of First and West, plus, we will also stock the racks outside.  If you have a location you want to share our programs with please give us a call or stop and grab a bunch to share.  So, please stop by and pick one up so you can start planning which films to see!   For 2017 we have 32 films and 15 shorts screening at six venues, all with in an easy walk from the ferry.  The San Juan Community Theater (Whittier and Gubelman), the Grange, Isle Seat, (next to 2nd Act), the Brickworks and the Palace Theater!

Also, our new website was launched September 1 with all the film trailers and lots of new information.  www.fhff.org.  Our web page also features a new sign up for volunteers,  so its time to plan when to sign up for which films you want to be sure to not miss!

If you are out of town and what us to mail you a program, just send us your mailing address, we are happy to drop it in the mail.
