Company History:
Horizon Moving Systems was established in 1924 by C.R. Dusenberry. Today, the company is still owned and managed by the Dusenberry family.
Our Corporate Headquarters is in Tucson, Arizona, USA. Horizon has five locations throughout the state of Arizona: Tucson, Phoenix, Sierra Vista, Flagstaff and Yuma. We were one of the first agents for United Van Lines, and have played an instrumental role in United's phenomenal success. We are an owner/shareholder of UniGroup, Inc.®, the parent company of United Van Lines. United Van Lines represents 486 domestic agents and is now the largest household goods mover in the continental United States.
In addition to domestic services, Horizon Moving Systems has been moving people in the international arena for over 75 years. Our UniGroup Worldwide/UTS Partner network, consisting of hundreds of overseas agents, enables Horizon to provide global mobility management services to our customers throughout the world. We have recently taken another step in providing our customers full relocation services when UniGroup, Inc.® acquired Primacy Relocation in 1998. Horizon is always looking for ways to improve our ability to meet the needs of our residential and corporate customers. We have a large fleet of specialized trucks and equipment, an advanced computer network to track shipments and manage information, and a team of dedicated professionals who are committed to excellence in customer service. We continue to exceed the expectations of our customers not only through our established service delivery systems, but also through our innovative and forward thinking corporate culture.
