Answering Advantage is a 24/7 call center and answering service. We are proud to be the only award-winning service in Memphis and the Mid-South. Our operators earned the ATSI Award of Excellence in 2004, 2006 and 2007 by participating in a "mystery shopper" program and being judged on professionalism, accuracy, and courteousness. Winning this award has greatly enhanced our level of customer service.
Locally-owned and operated, Answering Advantage offers traditional answering service and a wide variety of call center services, such as inbound telemarketing, order-taking, appointment scheduling and verification and dealer/branch locater services. We also offer bilingual services and are web-enabled. One of our unique services is our virtual receptionist service.
