About Us

HOME PC Repair is a 15 year-old Springfield-based, family-owned computer repair business catering to single clients and small businesses who *USE* computers, but who don't necessarily have the technical ability to fix them when they 'go bump in the dark!'

We take care of everything you'd expect of a 'fix it' firm--repair registry problems, address configuration issues, install new hardware and software, remove viruses, install wireless networks, perform data backups, consult with users on technical questions, provide information on the best pricing for new machines, and assist people in understanding the most efficient ways to utilize their computing resources.

We recently instituted the 'B-3 program' which stands for 'BEST BUSINESS BUDDIES.' (This also works for private individuals as well.) We will compensate you for a percentage of our invoice amount for any clients you refer to us who have repairs done. Once the repair is completed, your check is in the mail. It's that simple!

All we'd need from you would be a phone number for the person, and we will make a low-key, non-threatening phone call to see if we can help. If so, GREAT! If not, at least we had an opportunity to make that individual aware of the full range of our services.

HOME PC REPAIR: if you can break it, we can fix it! NO QUESTION TOO 'dumb' to ask.

My name is Elaine Carmack, and I have owned and operated HOME PC Repair over the past decade right here in Springfield, VA. Our primary clients are individuals and small businesses who can't take the time to deal with their computers when they become non-functional.

We provide both on-site and in-shop service as well as FREE telephone consultations.
