Defining Statement

I am an Accountant. I own a company called PALANCA BUSINESS SERVICES, LLC. I provide services in Accounting & Tax Consultation, Bookkeeping, Income Tax Preparation, Payroll, Tax Planning & Management, Notary, W-7 (EIN & ITIN) Processing, New Business Start Up, and Legal Documents.

I am also a Loan Officer. I work with ARIZONA WHOLESALE MORTGAGE INC. I take residential mortgage loan application, negotiate with a lender on behalf of a borrower or offer terms to modify a mortgage loan, and to prequalify borrower with various loan programs.

I also do FREE MMA Mortgage Anaysis. MMA is an innovative program that help American homeowners achieve their dream. It pay off an existing 30 year mortgage as little as 1/3-1/2 in a fraction of the time (8-11 years). It is a unique interest reducing program combines innovative software with banking systems for mortgage interest reduction, and interest savings imaginable. It works with any type of mortgages.
